Can't save Duke o'death in Trevors trailer garage

Hello,

 

I can't save my modified Duke o'death in Trevors trailer garage. It always disappears. Is there a problem with the car or the garage?

The Duke O'Death you get from the random event cannot be saved. By completing this random event you unlock that vehicle for purchase at the Warstock website. It costs around $250000 and will be delivered to your four-car garage. Following the random event the vehicle will also spawn at a couple of locations so buying it isn't necessary.

The one that I tried to save is not the one from the random event. It is the one that spawns elsewhere in the dessert after the event is completed. If I buy the car online, will I be able to save it with modifications in Trevors trailer garage? There is no point in modifying it, when I can not save it afterwards.

You should be able to store it, though the garages are still buggy and can lose cars - try saving it in a 4-car garage instead.

This never happened to me with other cars. I stored my precious Mariachi Tornado in that garage for half of the game, before I took it to Trevors four car garage to make a place free for the duke o'death. I have the feeling that it has something to do with that special car. That's why I made the topic.
