Need A State Banner Done

[Mr. Alonzo Moretti]

Need it to have three states in it Texas,Oklahoma, and Nevada with the state names under there shapes need the states all black but the name in blue and the words "State Boss Of" on top in the same blue n like a rounded way like making a arch. Also the state shape can be a little 3D like i dont want them flat.
