[PS4] Looking for roleplayers that are interested in starting one up w

I am currently looking for ps4 roleplayers. we will be setting up a roleplay with some high requirements, No Crew Joining.

Some Examples: I want a roleplay that make everyone's character real, so i want people to have, backstory, Names (that they will be called by), ext.

now i want this to be planed before its launch, and a whole team working on app's, and another working on the roleplay itself, I am taking this very seriously. (don't worry i am cool and fun, but when i want something done i will be more serious)

Trying to understand how roleplaying works on GTA, I've seen the term mentioned before on these forums. Do you mind explaining how it works?

its hard to explain, and i don't know what kind of role play it is that's for all of use to decide. i did not want to make it a specific type i wanted admins to have a say.
