Xbox one declasse Stallion roof won't go up why?

Pretty sure it doesn't go up, I don't own one but I believe there's 4 different versions of it but it's pretty random, if you want the top on you'd have to buy a Stallion and hope you get a version that has the roof up.

There are no other versions of the Stallion at present you only get the one with the roof down

and it is not operable.

 

If the game is fixed then the Hard Top versions might come back but it would be random luck if you get

one when buying it off the website.

I have hard top. They took them out so they could put it back for a higher price like the banshee, coquette, coquette classic, etc.
