If he's been arrested before, chances are authorities are already familiar with him. But you have to be something concrete first, or they will just shrug it off. Unless of course you used over 9000 proxies, which i very much doubt. Look at it from the bright side, your need to vent just created an insurance for yourself against extreme actions.
