Osho
Playing games with no internet connection and have almost all DRM free games from GOG. Nothing important for me to worry about sharing anything when they can't even track me.

I know you children don't value your privacy now, but one of these days you just might grow old and cynical enough to understand it's worth. Or maybe you aren't cynical enough to realize that the government is already spying on you. I'm not cynical enough, rofl, first time I've heard that in... well ever. Anyway, personally I think this is actually a good thing. Since it might just give even the ignorant, tasteless consumers a reason not to buy games anymore. Lemoyne outlaw
why do they care about gamers? there are a million problems today yet they have enough time spying on people? what a waste of tax money. i also heard they can hear your mic conversations like telephones. is that true? it sounds like a waste of time. Eurotrash
no Valve or Rockstar on this list, I'm good Probably because the US government has been on Valve's payroll for a while now. Why do you think they get away with so many consumer rights violations? Apparently they didn't pay the Australian government enough, rekt. As for Rockstar, they probably aren't on the best terms with the government. Edited February 19, 2015 by Eurotrash

Creed Bratton
It seems like the only way for honest people to preserve their right to privacy these days is to become criminals. That's freakin' hilarious. Drunken Cowboy
esmittystud101
Here I was just worried about my Samsung Smart TV spying on me. No, I don't have the Kinect hooked up with my One. LOL It wouldn't matter anyway. If the government wants to know something about you, they will get the info one way or another weather its against your will or not. Remember, the US Government is the biggest MOB of them all.
sivispacem
Well, that's making a mountain out of a molehill. All of these companies already share or have shared data, some of which is likely to comprise customer data of some kind, with the infosec community. It's not clear in this context what "customer data" even means; presumably if it's not PII and is held by third parties it isn't really customer data anymore. We really need more information about what's being shared and how before we all panic. Drunken Cowboy
I wouldn't hold it to being a "security" thing moreso than a pool of information for the corporations that bought congress. These companies already buy and share billions of dollars worth of online consumer data every year, maybe they needed a little more info in the "anti-social male: ages 10-20" area.
