Since the pay changes for contact missions there seems to be no reason not to have contact missions available for custom playlists. Grinding missions that paid $18,000 every 3-6 minutes is now not possible. I would be happy even if the playlist were limited to 6 contact missions. Currently on ps3 the job vote screen after jobs will only offer 2 or 3 contact missions out of a total of 18 through the refreshes,and only 1 may be playable solo. Offering races, parachuting,survivals,ect to players desiring contact missions is not a good system. But people should not be allowed to to put a mission in the playlist more than once. I joined a playlist some months ago and realized it was Coveted 16 bloody times in a row!
