cannot play pool, qub3d, and can't check atm on pc version

I can do every other activity just fine but I cannot play pool or qub3d. Also, I can't seem to use the atms. I uninstalled all the scripted mods I had on there but same result. is there any way to fix this? If not, not a big loss but kinda annoying.
