Golf and punching people are the only ways I know of. You can sart a mission like Titan of a job and go to the beach and punch NPC's till you fill up, but I think golf is faster.

Golf will fill it up fast,but if you run up and down the beach(where you buy masks)punch out everyone,might take an hour but it will fill up

Yep. Fight Club in Heaven DM. Even if you get an ass-whoopin, do that a couple times and your strength will increase quickly.

Play golf or start a mission & then go around punching pedestrians since you won't get a wanted level during most missions.

I heard of a glitch some times ago: You and a friend drive into the clothes shop near the RR garage on a motorcycle, your friend goes into the changing room and selects new clothes and you can punch him without dealing out damage.

 

I'm not sure if it's still working, but I guess it's worth a try.

I've got a good method. Either find or make a capture job that has respawning actors (preferably without weapons) and just keep killing them with your fists. They take like 3-5 punches to go down. The only problem is that you need another player to do it with. If you have a friend it shouldn't take long at all, I went from 2 and a half bars to just over 4 in less than 10 minutes, mucch quicker and hell of alot more fun to do than golf. Survive higher falls. Take more damage from bullets without dying.

 

There might be others, but the high falls one is a good one to have.

Fall further, take more damage, hit golf balls further, etc. Worth doing, although probably only through playing a round of golf each time you're on.

That's how I did mine, in the long, long ago.

 

This is also how I did it. I think it was patched a very long time ago though. Shame :(

Load up Pier Pressure. Run up and down the beach punching fools until you are at full strength. Cops are disabled in this mission and you spawn right at the beach.
