Hello everyone. Hope you're having a good day.

 

 

Bounties have been in the game since release. So they're nothing new. But what I can't figure out is what Lester says about them. In one of his phone calls, he says that you can call him to set a bounty and it's an easy way of making money. How? If anything, you lose money because setting a bounty costs money. How do you make money? Does it not make sense or am I not understanding it properly?

LOL, was wondering the same thing. How can you MAKE money by putting a bounty on someone? You would at least be out the $1000 fee to Lester.

well,this is a good question.for exmaple,if you are in a tank,and you want to blow up a fool,but the fool is in his pv.you don't want to pay the insurance,so you can tell lester to set a bounty on him.then you can blow him up,and you don't need to pay.so you only use 1000 to save your money=make money.

When he says that, he is referring to the other players. Setting a bounty on someone is easy money for other players, so it's almost guaranteed that the job will be done.

I know what u mean op. Maybe the devs had something else in mind and changed it in the final game. Kinda like when lamar calls and says "here ya go" after a successful mugging even though he doesnt give you anything

When someone has really peed me off and they're in their PV, 1K bounty + sticky bomb = revenge with no BS points!
