gta5 on xbox360 crashes after compatibility pack installs

I can't find another issue exactly the same as this one.

I decided to finally pay Microsoft to play online and opened gta5 only to find there was 10 compatibility packs that I needed to install before it would let me play online.

After installing them all I restarted my Xbox.

 

Opened up gta5 and it crashes the Xbox at some point during startup. Sometimes on the first loading video (sirens an lights) other times it gets past that to the next screen then crashes. Can't do anything with the Xbox.

 

I cleared system cache several times, even deleted the whole game and reinstalled gta5 and all the compatibility packs, this time I didn't restart, I just went straight into the game and played online for an hour or so.

 

Turned xbox off then went to play it again this arv and same deal. Crashes on game startup...

Help?

Try installing the game and content to one external drive and try again.

 

Having to constantly download dlc is usually caused by having content on different storage devices
