Will a bounty expire in a public lobby with 1 player?

I was just placed in a lobby and everyone left. I was touring the ocean in my sub. I'm wondering if my bounty will expire with just me or if other people need to be in the lobby and how many. Thanks.

You're good - just be outside in any lobby, public or private, and the bounty will run down.

Invite only session is the only way to be safe. Roam the city alone, for 24 in game hours, and you'll get given the bounty when it expires.

Do NOT do missions or activities, they will freeze the clock.

Find someone to kill you then you will no longer have a bounty on you. Then you can get back to playing and making real money.

hide in job ( but not playing them ) are useful too , keep that in mind , you have close the matchmaking

 

in fact , your PSN/gamertag still shown should other players press down d-pad . this is because you're still in session but after the job success or failed , you will enter new session together with your previous teamate / separated
