I know it's only a small detail but why the f*ck did rockstar not add NPCs to the moving working Ferris Wheel? In Single Player there are literally no NPCs riding it. Not a massive issue but damn, when you walk up to the pier it would look so much more alive and open when NPCs actually ride the damn Ferris Wheel. Yes, console limitations could have been the excuse for last-gen but on current-gen? Come on... Living-breathing world my ass... Del Pierro Pier is pretty disappointing in terms of an "alive" atmosphere. NPCs don't ride the rollercoaster, ferris wheel, play the arcade games, fish off the pier (NPCs fish but only in Blaine County) but why can't they off a pier? Go to a real-life beach... None standing in lines, none doing things like playing games and buying hotdogs. So as far as rides go, it just doesn't matter until there is enough ped variety. Vertighost Posted February 18, 2015 Share Posted February 18, 2015 I do like the sound effect they used of hundreds of people screaming in terror around that area when you start some violence (PS4)...nice touch. Would have loved to see what glitches can be done with the Ferris Whale and The Coaster, maybe that's why it's not up, running and populated, too many glitches.
