zocom7 Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 I have seen someone successfully created a GTA III version of Liberty City for GTA IV as a mod, but after searching the site, no one has attempted to combine the GTA III and GTA IV versions of Liberty City into one extended map of Liberty City. This is what I am proposing with extended bridges to connect all islands (map has yet to scale -- but nearest by far): It would really be great and fun to play all islands of Liberty City and so far I don't see a GTA IV mod that can do this. How to ease the transition of old/new so traveling to and from the old map doesn't seem like a sudden loss/gain of quality. Quite a few things. But I agree, this sounds like a request. zocom7 Posted February 18, 2015 Author Share Posted February 18, 2015 (edited) It is a request since I don't have the skills to combine two existing maps into one, not to mention that GTA IV lacked a real map editor. It's been done before, but it got cancelled. Why did it got cancelled? I would like that mod restarted. Also I cannot play that video due to country copyright grounds.
