Best Fighters?

Which NPC are the best fighters and or the most frequent in GTA Online? Like, is there a specific area I can go and they always spawn there where if you square up with them, they will always fight you? I'm trying to get my strength up in a fun way. Like, for instance, the construction workers spawn near the docks and etc and fight. I want people who fight. Not pull out guns if you hit them like the ballas. Is there any NPCs who do this and if so where are they?

If you just want to get strength up start up a mission and punch NPC at the pier.

 

Don't do melee deathmatches, too short to get any stats up and too leggy and broken to have fun.

When I started out trying to level up strength back in 2013 I did golf. Over and over and over again.

Agreed, that's what I did. It also pays out a decent of XP. 2000+ for playing 9 holes. Just make sure to set the weather to clear.

Almost any car you ram in the Industrial District will cause the driver to want to fight you. Seems like being a blue collar guy in LS does quite a job on the nerves.

 

Same goes for Sandy Shores and the surrounding areas, with the addition that it's the only place women will actually fight you. I blame the meth. Either that or living near Trevor's force field of crazy.

I agree. However GTA uses a P2P server system. No matter how good your connection is, it's still reliant on other peoples connections as well and the chances of connecting to others with perfect connection 100% of the time are practically nil.

O/t: there aren't many of them, but the busboys/waiters in the alley next to LSC put up a decent fight most of the time as well.
