blk95ta Posted February 17, 2015 Share Posted February 17, 2015 I added the marshall to my garage by duping it from someone else, so i got insurance on it automatically. I was able to change the primary color, but not the secondary. I tried to add the general lee horn but it always says "take the vehicle to LSC for modification" and even though i kept increasing the price like the tutorial said, it never did let me mod the horn. i did get the paint for around $100k, but the horn doesn't seem to want to work. has anyone been able to add a custom horn to the marshall?
