Why is it that everytime I get online I am the only person playing!?

 

I would like to have a good time and have fun like most of the videos I see online

 

 

That's hard to do when no one else is in the session

Try having a look at this stickied topic, it may help as sometimes it is down to your connection with R*

servers.

 

I had this for a while as but DMZ my PS4 seemed to resolve the connection issue and I can now play in full lobbies.

Happens a lot because of the game's server issues, have you tried restarting your router/modem? Is your NAT type set to Open? If so then as expected, it's not your fault that you're having issues.. you'll just have to wait until R* can finally fix these issues eventually.

 

Just join a session and keep going to Start > Online > Find New Session over and over again and eventually you'll be placed in a lobby with more than 1 person. As for jobs just use your phone and go on-call, eventually you'll be placed in one with others as well.

I know what you mean, but you can't expect all of them to play how you'd like, when you'd like.

Unless you have a couple of friends online (with mic's) it's pretty hard to have 'fun like the video'

 

Wanna do jobs instead? Like said above, join or host them and do it. You don't have to be in a lobby full of players. I mostly play in I.O. and still get invites, so that shouldn't be a problem.
