How do i turn off the newswire during the loading screen?

Is there a way to disable the newswire that appears while starting up the game?

I want to get the old loading screens back.

There doesn't seem to be an official option to get rid of the newswire. The only way I can think of is if you stay offline while loading the game, then sign in when done.
