Storing bought vehicles at characters' homes?

I bought a garage as Michael recently, and bought three vehicles. I picked the one I wanted him to have access to and drove it to his house where I parked it in his garage, but it always reverts back to his garage when I start a new session.

 

Is it possible to store purchased vehicles at the characters' homes? And if so, what am I doing wrong?

Mmm, it's not so much the room I'm concerned with, just the fact that I have to drive to his garage to get his new car. I just don't see why I can't store it in the garge at his home.

 

Sounds like a bug to me.
