The many times I've hooked up with randoms to grind some missions, only for them to kill me when we get back into freemode can fall under this.

Have done a few good deeds in the last few weeks

1. I killed a low level player for no real reason, just felt like being an ass I guess, anyways, few moments later he got a bounty on him, so I went and relived him of his bounty and then because I felt bad for killing him for no reason, I gave him the entire bounty, he then sent me a friends request.

 

2. Helped a player get his truck unstuck , after words, I drove back to my apt, he followed me, I pulled up to the garage, but did not enter, got out of my Merryweather Mesa, and he parked his truck on the other side of the driveway, and then for whatever reason , proceeded to blow his truck up, which took my Mesa with it. Now I am not sure if he was trying to blow mine up too.

Oddly this has happened to me a few times as-well. I try to help out the people that don't know sh*t about the game. But give them a gun and its war.

I don't do good deeds in free roam unless I really know the person. But during a mission where you have to steal a boat, I notice my teammate running towards me so I wait in the boat thinking I'd be an asshole if I just left with out him. Dude gets in the boat, throws me out, and speeds away leaving me in the water. Last time I've ever waited for a teammate.

That happened to me when I waited in my buzzard to take these two guys to deliver the package and one throws me out and takes off before I could get back up. I left the mission right away, so the buzzard probably disappeared and left him stranded. I don't pick these a$$ holes up anymore unless its in my car. They need to change it to where Pegasus vehicles have the same settings as our personal vehicles.

i had that happen tonight, after we failed a survival mode at the pier, i saw on the kill feed that one that was a higher level player kill the lower level play, i shot and killed the higher level player and drove away.

only a few minutes later the lower level player kills me.

eventualy i got into a battle with 2 different players, i eventually blew up both of their pv's (something i usually don't do).

Rule #1: kill any in sight. Do not be fooled by their rank, no matter how high or low. Except for invite only and some reliable friends, the randoms will not offer you in kind. Of course expect them to show their hatred if you decided to fight back.

 

My own personal rule #2: venture all of San Andreas instead of staying at Los Santos.

Most players are male teens and kids, which are the biggest trolls online.

Was doing A Boat in the Bay with 3 low level randoms.

 

I normally prefer to drive to save ammo, but I chose to stand in back with my homing rocket ready for the enemy heli. Driver runs us ashore so I get out onto the beach and shoot down the heli. Dude takes off with the others and without me. They all die. I walk to the road and grab a car and start driving casually around until they all leave. Then complete the mission. Maybe the other two didn't really deserve it, but the driver did enough to make up for them.

Still surprises me that a game based on murder, hookers, robbery, destruction and mayhem have people doing good deeds lol.

That's missing the point, as these comments always do. The underlying problem that creates all these discussions is that Rockstar can't design an online game with an ounce of richness. It's all about stupid, pointless, mindless, one-trick PvP. No friendly lobbies. And then Rockstar layers on half-assed attempts to fix their f*ckup, like passive mode, psycho, non-contact. They haven't got a clue.

yeah i only tried helping someone out once cause some douche kept killing them, so i went up to him, honked for him to get in and what happened next? RPG to the face. Never again am i helping out anyone out again, i'll kill anyone.

It's all about stupid, pointless, mindless, one-trick PvP. No friendly lobbies. And then Rockstar layers on half-assed attempts to fix their f*ckup, like passive mode, psycho, non-contact. They haven't got a clue.

 

GTAO is in its infancy in the grand scheme of things. Over time it will get better as most games do, if not big f*cking deal, you blew $60 on a video game you played for a year and a half. Have some patience geez.

getting killed by crew members

2 days ago i had one low ranked crew member, he killed me once, i send him something like: hey im a crew member

then again i go towards him, he kills me again.

i did that and didnt atack straight away because i knew i coud totaly own him if i wanted to....wich happened right after my second respawn.

after a while, he chalenged me to a dm wich he completely lost

in the end he coudnt even get a single shot at me and he left session

to bad i forgot his name though, thinking back at it i woud like to search him out and do it all over again

 

also getting killed in the earlier days by other players when robbing stores and all....hell if there is one thing i dont miss of those old days its not knowing how to do missions and robbing stores and being assaulted by other players while doing all that sh*t

A couple of nights ago 2 of my crew mates (and what looked like 1 of their friends) were engaging in an exchange of bullets and explosives with 4 other 'enemy' players....so I decided to go do the charitable team thing and help out.

 

I was sniping all the other enemies from under Rockford Plaza as my crew mates served hot lead salads from the roof and things were going very nicely until I think I must have killed the friend of my 'crew mate' in the heat of battle as they re-spawned in the street...

 

So my 'crew mates' both had a crack at me, one after the other. Before I could text a good old fashioned 'WTF' they both quit the session (maybe they realised what had happened).

 

There's no honor among thieves I tell ya!!!

i always apologise as soon i relize it and hell, the one that killed me can kill me back once

if he does it more, that means trouble

that being said, if they dont get an apoligize fast enough i honestly cant blame them wanting to kill me over and over because well.....gtao players being gtao players, if you know what i mean
