Gta online permission for rockstar content only ( xbox one )

I joined gta online a week ago , I don't have xbox live on my account but i'm using family sharing because my brother have xbox gold on his account. When I play gta online it says : You only have permission for Rockstar content.

I can't play jobs created by users, only jobs created by Rockstar. Is there a way to fix it or should I just get gold on my account ?

Maybe you have a childrens account. Been like that for years even on Halo 3 you couldnt play peoples maps if you had a kids account

Not sure what platform you're on, but this is how you fix this on Xbox One.

 

Go into your settings, privacy and online safety, and go into the section where it says "___ can:"

 

Keep scrolling through and there's an option called "See other people's content". Set that to "everyone".

Sorry to bump this but I have a similar problem, the game keeps telling me when I go to the online tab that " This account does not have permission to access gta online"

I've been playing online just fine since I got the xbox one and now I have this BS happening a week before heists. Can someone please help?
