EC Black Admiral?

I don't think the EC Black Admiral is a special vehicle because I got an EC Black Admiral from "Check out at the check in" phone mission, then I stored it in my garage. Then I found a Black Admiral in traffic just driving around so I jacked it and compared it with the Black Admiral in the garage and they look exactly the same?? And no it wasn't a criminal driving the Admiral, just a blue suited woman...

As far as I know there are no black vehicles driven in traffic at all, especially Admirals. The only way to get them outside of missions is to use cheat codes. And what does EC even stand for? From what I can remember, the Admirals in Check Out At the Check In were only heavy.

Lethal Vaccine

Absolutely true.

Check out at the Check In is your FIRST chance to get this EC (Exclusive Color) Black Admiral. It's also Heavy, but Heavy properties, also UH (Unique Handling), and PP (Pop Proof) are deleted upon putting it in the Garage and the Garage closing on it.

Loose Ends, the last, 5th Pay Phone Mission is your second chance to get the EC Black Admiral. This mission ALSO has the EC Blue Maverick and also the EC Black Pony.

EC Black Vehicles do NOT spawn in the streets in normal traffic. That is why there is such thing called the "Black Traffic Cheat." It makes Vehicles painted in black. This is why the EC Black Vehicles in VC are so good, cuz you can obtain 7 solid Black Vehicles withOUT cheating. Also a Pink/Black Bobcat from Autocide, which is yet another Pay Phone Mission...

However, I had a similar situation once. A Black Admiral spawned by the airport DURING Check out at the Check In and the door wasn't locked, either. I also had the SAME thing happen in Loose Ends with an EC Black Pony on the streets right outside of the location where you go into the compound and kill all the guys.

I believe these were just glitches....Kinda like how you can obtain a Lightless Taxi, Lightless Cabbie, etc, etc...It's just loading errors or something. I can't explain it, but it happens and I think this is the case what happened to you and me in my current playthrough I finished 6 weeks ago.

False...

There is no AP Cuban Hermes or AP Voodoo in VC. The only AP Vehicle that exists in VC is the AP/EC Silver Admiral, from Guardian Angels.

There is an AP Voodoo in Guardian Angels, but it loses the AP once you put it in a Garage. There is a COSMETIC DP Cuban Hermes, also in Guardian Angels, that only the driver side or passenger side (forget which side) front door stays DP, but everything else on the car can dent. This can be saved in a Garage, though. It'll keep that DP right or left front door.

Does anyone has an easy time getting the unique Admiral on "Check Out At The Check In"? Because I having a hard time to get them because when I drive to Sunshine Autos, they drive away. Does this happen on the original versions and on PC and Xbox?

It's simple:

I got it a DIFFERENT way in my PREVIOUS Save I did this past June 2014, but in my current Save, I did it this way. This way is by far the best method, imo...

I got it TWO methods on the PS2 Version. This guy is playing it on the PC Version, thus, it works on BOTH Versions...

Here is the other, more challenging method. Both methods work for me on PS2 Version:

If it's not working for you, just get the EC Black Admiral, EC Black Pony, and EC Blue Maverick, all from "Loose Ends" which is the 5th pay phone mission, right after "Check out at the Check In." You can PASS either mission and obtain the Vehicle(s).

In fact, only 3 Special Vehicles in the entire existence of VC requires a mission failure to get it, and that's the BP/EP/FP Squalo, BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo, and EP/FP Hotring Racer. Every single other one can PASS the mission and obtain them...

I tested it, it works. Like I said before, I play on 1.2, so it should work on the Steam Version. I'm trying to get all 3 cars without mission failure.

EDIT: I got all 3 without failing, thanks. Are the cars in "Autocide" locked?

I am not used to all these Versions. I have the first pressing of the games....So when people mention Steam, idk what that even is. 1.2? No idea. V.1, no idea, etc, etc, etc...

I don't want to own a game that is digital. Music is different, but for games, I want the physical copies...

Autocide has 2 EC PCJ's and 1 EC Pink/Black Bobcat. The bikes obviously are not "locked." As for the Bobcat, what you gotta do is approach where it's parked, but do NOT get too close, or it'll come after you. All you do is snipe the driver, thus guy falls out and door stays open. You just jack it and take it to a garage, then finish the mission. All 3 can be obtained with passing. To put it simple, if you PASS everything except for the 3 Vehicles, you should hit 91 Mission Attempts exactly in the Stats. I have 92, though, as I failed for the EC Black Washington and EC Gold Stretch, however, both do NOT require a mission failure. I did it for the Stretch cuz I was lazy, actually. As for the EC Black Washington, it was SO hard to get in my case, that when I got it, I didn't care to fail the mission, I just wanted to get the Vehicle. As for the "other" mission failure...Well, I never obtained the EP/FP Hotring Racer yet, but because it can be obtained ANYTIME, even after 100%, I know I will sometime get it and at that time, I will have +1 more mission failure, to equal 93 in the stats.

EDIT: Oh, and the Securicar in Autocide is unobtainable, but it's a Heavy Securicar like how the EC Black Admiral in Check out at the Check In is also Heavy...But Heavy does not save in Garages. ONLY in LCS/VCS...

Wait I was talking about the the mission with the black Admiral, pony, and blue Maverick, sorry about that I got all the exclusive cars in Autocide without failing. When you mean by heavy, do you mean the car doesn't repair till the mission ends?

That mission is Loose Ends, like I said above. :p The 5th and last pay phone mission...

No, the Admiral, Pony, and Maverick are NOT locked. But you can't get them out of the area unless you have a Packer. Actually, 2 Packers. You gotta drive one on another Packer over the gate after killing all the guys. Then you gotta drive the Admiral and Pony over the gate using the ramp of the Packer. Go to the pay phone WITH a Packer, and then leave it in memory while running on foot to get another Packer down by the docks and return to the pay phone so you have 2 Packers waiting. It's a tedious process, but I got them all. I got the Admiral in Check out at the Check In, though...

What I mean by Heavy....Is exactly what I mean. Heavy. A car with extra weight added to it. A Heavy Vehicle is heavier than any sh*tty Tank, Fire Truck, Barracks OL, Linerunner, etc, etc. Heavy Vehicles smash any of that crap out of the way. However, because it's a Heavy Vehicle, it takes more damage when colliding with other objects. This is why I obsess over LCS since LCS can convert Vehicles to DP with the Crusher Glitch. Thus, converting Heavy Vehicles into H/DP Vehicles, now they are unstoppable. When you collide with another Vehicle, it goes flying like a bullet out of a gun. Heavy Vehicles destroy AP Vehicles. AP Vehicles aren't even that good in LCS, I prefer H/DP/PP the most...

EDIT: The Maverick is given to you to make your escape, so that Vehicle doesn't require anything special, but the Pony and Admiral require the Packer...

OK I don't even know where I got my version of this heavy from. I will try this later focusing on the bulletproof, fireproof, and explosionproof PCJ-600 in Bar Brawl.

Yeah, sometimes the Vehicles won't repair themselves in the Garages until you pass or fail the mission, come back to the Garage, open it, close it, and open it again, and now the Vehicle is repaired and waiting for you. This has something to do with the mission script. Nothing to do with Heavy properties at all...

The BP/EP/FP PCJ-600 is by far the hardest, and most strange Vehicle in the Game. Well, the EP/FP Hotring Racer is probably just as difficult to get, but at least can be obtained anytime, unlike the PCJ. The PCJ's MUST be destroyed simultaneously during the cutscene WHILE PASSING THE MISSION AT THE SAME TIME. Furthermore, the PCJ HAS TO land on the sidewalk, right in front of where they come from zooming out of the alley way, OR IT WILL NOT BE BP/EP/FP. I got it in 4-5 tries, but all 4-5 tries I pushed it back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage and it was NOT proofed. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. So just cuz you destroyed them, pushed one back to the Garage, do NOT save the game thinking you got it. Check to see if it's BP or something. Nobody knows exactly why it's SOMETIMES proofed and other times not. It's a strange Vehicle...

That was the thing I was talking about. The vehicle will not repair after you put it in the garage I know one of the vehicle was like that was the bulletproof and the fire proof Tahoma. If I put a Rhino in the way in Bar Brawl, will the motorcycle be destroyed?

EVERY Vehicle does that. You store it DURING the mission and the Garage will NOT acknowledge it until the mission is either passed or failed and you go back to the Garage and open, close, open it again. Same thing for the BP Forklift and EC Green Mesa in "Robbing Uncle Sam" in SA. I got them and passed the mission at the same time. Once they disappeared completely from the Garage, but then the second time I finally got it to work and they remained there after I passed it, but again....I had to go to the Garage and open it, close it, and open it again for the Garage to acknowledge they are in there. Happens to every single Vehicle you get DURING a mission before it's passed/failed...

Nope. You gotta jump out of the Rhino right before activating the cutscene. Didn't you watch any Videos? Just check Youtube. It's a bit silly to try and say what you gotta do when you can just see it on Youtube. There is a few Videos for this Vehicle. But you gotta jump out at the right angle and right timing and the Tank will roll into both PCJ's destroying them, mission passed, and the bike should land on the sidewalk in front of the alley, all while passing the mission. If one of these things does NOT happen, then it won't be proofed...

@Second 2 None,

Did you get the BP/EP/FP PCJ-600? You almost done with VC? Which Special Vehicles did you get? I literally got every obtainable one that exists in the entire VC, except 1. The EP/FP Hotring Racer. Luckily it can be obtained whenever, in a Starter Save and even AFTER 100%. One of these days I will boot up VC and continue trying to get it. Actually, I never even tried it yet, knowing I was able to do this whenever. Once I finished, I kinda moved onto another GTA Game and didn't bother getting the EP/FP Hotring Racer. I'll probably get it eventually, though.

Btw, there is an EP/FP Squalo in VC. But it's useless, since there is a better BP/EP/FP Squalo, and it's piss easy to get and get it to the Garage, as well...

I haven't been playing this game lately. I'm focusing 100% first and besides I have to start a new save because I missed the Spand Express vehicle.

I have

EC Admiral (White)

AP, EC Admiral (Silver)

2 EC PCJ-600 (Blue and silver)

3 EC Admiral (Black)

EC Bobcat (Black with Metallic Red)

I cannot remember what other vehicles I got that are unique.

I haven't got the BP/EP/FP Turbo Sabre, yet. But it seems pretty easy.

I didn't start "Two Bit Hit" because of the Cuban Outfit glitch where you can no longer access it.

Same here I have been playing Online more often this game is the only other one I pretty much still play (Other than V, I play SA from time to tme).

It must have to do with age then. As a lot of the older people won't even touch GTA Online since it's filled with too many kids. Plus, GTA is based around Single Player. It's been like that for 15+ years. Only recently with the inception of GTA IV in 2008 did they start doing all this online nonsense...Plus, V for Special Vehicles is a laughable joke. It's so bad in V and not fun at all with collecting...

Oh, wow....Then yeah, you missed a lot.

What Version? If it's PC, then there is NO Unique Love Fist Limo. There is, but it's NOT a Unique Vehicle because it always spawns at a radio tower once the Love Fist Missions have been completed. On PS2, it doesn't spawn and you MUST store it after one of the Missions and keep it if you want to see this Vehicle again. BUT, on PC Version, there is some exclusive Special Vehicles like the EC Black Stretch (even though there is already an EC Gold Stretch and EC Silver Stretch) and BP/EP/FP Sanchez from Dirt Ring. Furthermore, there is a piss easy method on getting the EP/FP Hotring Racer. It's an exclusive PC Method, but there is also an alternative difficult method to get it on PS2.

Anyways, PS2 has a grand total of 29 Special Vehicles. I have 27. I am missing the EP/FP Hotring Racer which I can get anytime and I also skipped on purpose the EP/FP Squalo since I have the better BP/EP/FP one...

On PC there is a grand total of 30 Special Vehicles.

Out of the 27 I have, only 2 of them were very challenging. The EC Black Washington from All Hands on Deck! and also the BP/EP/FP PCJ-600 from Bar Brawl. Also the EP/FP Hotring Racer is tricky, but I didn't bother trying to get it quite yet.

I only started "Love Juice", I am aware that the their Limo only spawns on PC, Xbox, and android (Not sure about Xbox and Android) versions of this game. I haven't bought the studio yet ethier.

The Film Studio has the EC Gold Stretch from Martha's Mugshot. It can be obtained with passing the mission, but it's a lot harder. I failed to get it.

Yeah, you should of done a 42 or 44% Starter Save like I did for VC, money is never an issue and I bought Hyman Condo early, etc, etc. I had the EC White Admiral, EC Black Rancher, and EC Black Sanchez on my Starter Save. It was 42%. You can technically get to 44%, though. I didn't do 1 Stunt Jump or Fire Truck Level 12 in my Starter Save, but I did everything else which was possible.

BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo isn't too bad, it's piss easy on PS2. A bit trickier on PC and requires a Tank. On PS2, you just need an adrenaline pill and a Sniper Rifle...Adrenaline Pill spawns near where the race starts/finishes.

Harder only on the GH/DP version of Vice (because you can't snipe the driver out of it**). In the original version, you can snipe him out after he drops off Candy (but before you take the pictures) and drive it to a garage. IIRC, it's just sitting there at the corner next to Malibu.

** In later versions of the game, many uniques feature "bullet-resistant" glass that only cracks and the driver remains unaffected. This also applies to Hillary's Turbo.

BTW wasn't it established that the DP door is a feature in ALL Cuban Hermes (and not just the one from G.A.)?

Actually, upon going into the Pink Marker to start "Martha's Mugshot," right after the cutscene, all you gotta do is run to the Gold Stretch and use a flamethrower on it to force the driver out. Then YOU can drive Candy yourself to the location for the mission. All you gotta do is park it somewhere safe, do the mission, and drive it back to the film studio to pass the mission. But I was lazy and just used a flamethrower on the Stretch to get the guy out, then I just ran Candy over to fail the mission, then took it to a Garage, LOL

I am not sure. Cosmetic Damage Proof is a strange property, if it even really is an existing property. I am not sure. I don't count the Cuban Hermes as a Special Vehicle in VC...
