AI Random, Pointless Lane Changes

Recommended Posts

Lethal Vaccine

Play Liberty City Stories. Traffic is even worse. One car will want to turn, another will be in its way.....Game over. Now you got a traffic jam and nobody moving, both lanes packed, can't even squeeze through. The Al is always programmed so f*cking stupid in these games, including GTA V.

In fact, the only normalized driving is in IV...The Al will usually swerve out of your way. Unlike III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, and V....f*ckers will just drive into you and in your lane as if you're invisible and NOT on the road...

Lethal Vaccine

Just get a H (Heavy) Vehicle and smash those f*ckers to oblivion. That is why LCS owns. Only LCS/VCS can save Heavy Vehicles. They exist in VC and SA, but the Garages eat these properties. Only LCS/VCS saves them. So I just take a H/DP/PP Vehicle and smash the traffic out of the way, literally cars go flying like bullets. That's one thing I love doing after 100%. Just drive around looking for the worst idiot traffic AL Drivers and traffic jams and just blow through them all.

At least it's an accurate depiction of driving in the big city, you gotta give it that regardless of how inconvenient it is.

And what's all this with yanking on the breaks to let traffic cross a freeway thing...that annoys me bigtime...I go to overtake a line of cars at full tilt and the guy infront breaks hard and lets a random cross the road...WHAT!!...go when there's a break in the traffic you dumb random NPC!

SA is probably the worst, especially the freeways.

YES! Those damn idiots can't drive for sh*t! They just go 200km/h regardless of car type and just crash one into another. Dayum.

Shall we mention the way they chase you down, ramming you and spinning you at full speed for slightly scraping them?

That seemed to only happen in the PC version. When I played on Xbox that never happened.

I am referring to post 15 and onwards where it mentions SA. This doesn't occur for the PS2 Version where the Traffic Al goes ape sh*t even if you just scrape their Car. However, this happens on SA Mobile like every other Car and it's just annoying...

But at the end of the day, these lane changes happen in ALL of the 3D GTA's, including Chinatown Wars. Only in the HD Era it doesn't happen as frequently, but still does...

I once used a editor in SA and I got a ''infinite'' minigun and used a trainer for a 6 star wanted level (well in the beginning I was practicing with no wanted level) and now I wreck some cars they bump into it. Like I hate them destroying my wrecks at the highway on the airport, I see a speeding car, some minigun wipes its ass on it and then it speeds on the wrecks. It even rams ME, and I thought of that so infinite armor & HP was my only solvation. Also I like to fight cops legit (legit my ass I am using HP hacks on the editor) but in a nice kind of way. My bullets are stopping wiping themselves and I just get out a M4 and practice my heatshot skills, cop car or civil car coming switch to minigun and so on.

In ''Rigged to Blow'' I hate how in the tunnels people just want to deliberately crash into you, but its avoidable.

I noticed this mission was a lot easier taking the bridges even though it took longer to go that way. Edited by crashoverride93
