The Dedito Gae
Johnny becames very tall in V when is shown in IV as shorter than Niko,Jim Fitzgerald changes race from IV to TLaD, Bledar gets his arm broken by Niko ...in the next mission he fist fights Niko, Gay Tony appears to be more flamboyant in IV/TLaD cutscenes, showing he was gonna be more a generic gay guy (could be my imagination though) Jerry Kapowitz is said to find the diamond in a landfill, at the end of IV on the radio, this is Retconned in Tbogt when he finds in a dumpster on Dukes (makes sense as there are not landfills in Liberty City...sadly) And i swear Phil Cassidy gets his other arm blown off instead of the right one in VC (don't quote me on that though) Z E N D E R, Drunken Cowboy, Niobium and 9 others

Pavle
In TBoGT, in the mission "Not So Fast", it doesn't matter which gun you have before you enter the museum trough the window. Luis will fire from an AK-47. Same goes for "Out of Comission" and "A Revenger's Tradegy". Jerome, Niobium, Misunderstood and 3 others
American Viking
Niko seen walking around Alderney during TLAD's opening credits despite that Alderney and Algonquin should've been closed off from the rest of the city at that time. Interesting to note, during the mission where Niko dates French Tom, Niko's profile pic on Love Meet has Algonquin in the background and obviously it hadn't been unlocked yet. Could just be computer editing though. Misunderstood, Algonquin Assassin, X/R// and 2 others

American Viking
This reminds me alot of the "plot holes" thread I opened not too long ago. I've got a few for here. How about everyone who is killed in GTA V still posting to Bleeter. MC Clip...the News says he's dead but then he posts on Bleeter, Dr. Friedlander posts on Bleeter after his death, and there are a few others. Or how about the FIB needing a Cargobob helicopter for the raid on the research lab even though Trevor should've already had a Cargobob from the offshore method of the Merryweather heist. (This one is forgivable since it's possible not to choose the offshore method thus not needing a Cargobob.) Mister Pink
Johnny becomes a meth head and is still with Ashley in V even though he swore he would never do drugs again and he dumped her at the end of TLAD That's not a continuity error. GTA V is set about 3-5 years after TLAD. Drug addicts often relapse and ex-partners get back together. Zondar
It's not really a continuity error, but it's always struck me as kinda weird how VC is in Florida , yet all the other GTA cities are in fictional States. It was refferred to as east coast in SA, so it is in Liberty State or whatever it was supposed to be called in the 3D Universe. It can't be Quebec, and obviously it's gotta be US. Drunken Cowboy
The entire Lost MC circa 2013. The club has been completely wiped out by police, Chinese, Italians, Angels of Death, and themselves in 2008. They then become a nationwide club and wipe the Angels of Death off the planet in their homeland only to be killed off again by some inconsistent hillbilly transsexual with an oedipal complex.
