Scratch Card and Lotto games coming soon, possible new feature?

Okay so while playing GTA:O yesterday I decided to rob a store, and noticed a sign that said all scratch games $1 have these signs always been there or are they new?

for quite sometime there was the speculation that lottery may get implemented but then we got to the conclusion that it would go against the cashcards, so it would never be implemented.

That's been there since launch, but there was code found with them, so who knows. It may come, it may not.

Cash Cards wouldn't be affected by the lottery. You probably have just a low chance at winning the real deal than the game's

Since were making concept threads again I propose a "The Clinic DLC" You may take your character to the clinic and test him/her for various diseases, them hookers aint clean.

There's also a radio spot that is about winning a lottery(I forget the station). It would be a cool feature.
