Friend gone from rank 100 to 1?

Has anyone else lost their rank recently? My friend was a 100 (yes, legit, before you ask) and now he's level 1 both in-game and on SC? Still has his million and a half (yes, legit...) dollars though, and no email from R*?

 

Should he just wait it out, or open a Support Ticket with R*?

Definitely submit a ticket to R* Support and wait for an explanation, waiting it out might lead to nothing.

Open a ticket, have seen more tickets like this and most of the time your rank is reset to the right one

Cheers, yeah, have told him to contact them and not let go until they make it right.
