Cars that can have Mods, but don`t

Pretty much every car in the game could be modified if Rockstar were willing to put the time in, just doubt it'll happen now as they will spend more time on future content then old stuff.

I just want tire width/profile/rim size and offset. I want to put N50-15s (325/50/15 in modern terms) on the rear of my muscle cars! And ride height. I need to make my Vigero (speaking of which, that thing really needs better exhaust options) look like it raced here from 1976, dammit!

All of the special vehicle spawn only non LCS parts that come with vehicles. The Grnger with and without the bull bar, Sadler with or without lights, etc. We need all of those in LSC.

I love how the Stratum can be found with body kits, a spoiler, & different roof options, but when it comes to actually modding it there's zero to do.
