Will chrome + Crew Colour ever be back?

so right OP..Rockstar makes sure to remove all the good,fun things..but continue to let the bad sh*t float around and once again..ruin our fun.

The fact that the pearlescent will tint the secondary color isn't really new. But I think what people want here is to put a pearlescent over a primary crew color. And that still doesn't work.
