Scarves question for female characters

Hey, does anyone know if there are any "glitches" to wear scarves with jackets for female characters? I have tried myself and R* doesn't allow it for some reason (seriously?). It seems kind of stupid we can't layer clothes. If there are any ways though, how do you do it? If there aren't, what clothes/outfits look good with the scarves? Feel free to post pictures or describe it if you want. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this has been asked before, and if this is in the wrong place feel free to move this thread.

Sadly no there isn't, Yeah R* messed up with the clothing aspect a lot of people don't want to use female characters because they are forced to wear the V-Neck version while the males get the regular version
