This crew has been around since the conception of GTAO. Our crew like many other crews is more like a street gang, but after being together for a little more than a year we've all become close friends. If you're looking for a crew that has your back through it all, then you have found one. Over time, we have lost the greater part of our numbers but the crew kept going. Now we're recruiting those who would be as loyal to us as we would be to them. We often refer to each other as fam, but you don't have to be fam to be in the crew and we would respect your privacy if you joined.

 

Da First 48 is a very well rounded crew. We have people that excel at different areas while some are skilled at most areas of the game, other's might be suited to one or two particular areas. The majority of us are combatants, but we have something for everyone. If you are really into fixing up vehicles, and doing replica builds we have it. For those who need it, we have combat training as well. We're also looking for members who will be interested in heists when they come out. Da First 48 is a brotherhood, and we hope you'll join, and become a part of our fam.

 

Like most other crews, Da First 48 has rules to keep things running smoothly.

Rule 1: Nobody messes with the crew. This includes other crew members. We don't kill each other unless permission is granted. If someone purposely, or accidentally kills a crew member they have the right to do what we call "get their lick back." If a random player kills a crew member, it's usually all out war.

Rule 2: The rules of engagement are to fire upon anyone you suspect to be aggressive. If someone comes up, and pulls out a weapon but doesn't aim at you it's up to you to shoot them or not. If someone shoots one of us, that person is most likely considered hostile and is hunted the person shot or multiple members of the crew.

Rule 3: This crew does have a hierarchy that we call the round table. The round table is made up of players that have been loyal to the crew, and put in a lot of time making it into what it is. Lieutenants are usually personal guards of the round table with a few exceptions, but are the first to be promoted if a promotion becomes available. Of course, like all other crews we have a leader and his word is final in all situations regarding Da First 48

Rule 4: You must have a mic to join this crew. Communication is important, and not having a mic makes it much more difficult to communicate because no one wants to message back and forth.

Rule 5: You must be at least 17 years of age to join. We do allow younger members who have proved their maturity, but the youngest age we will allow is 15.

Rule 6: Everyone who joins the crew has to take part in an initiation. 3 rounds of fist fighting with the executioner. If you can kill him once out of your three chances, you're in. If not, you may still join under a probationary period. Our crew considers loyalty to be very important. We are definitely loyal towards our crew mates, and will expect no less from you.

I'm not very good at working on forums, but this crew is really great. They've been there for me when I need it, whether to talk personally or about the game. I've been there for them as well. We like to have a good time, and are not opposed to grinding to make some cash. Most of our activities involve combat though since Los Santos is a dangerous place to live lol. I know I have the name God over money, and that's because I'm a Christian but trust me when I say I never force my beliefs on anyone. If the topic comes up though it rarely does, I'll give my opinion but I don't try to cram it down you're throat.
