Anyone else having matchmaking issues on PS4?

The last couple of days, I've been trying to join missions from the quick join menu and it either finds nothing or I get kicked from them. 1/10 times I actually get into a mission.

 

Anyone else having these issues? Don't know whether its just me or not

 

Also not sure if its related but my car is never there when I start a mission :s

Been playing with some peeps from UK last night, it didn't seem like there were any issues comming from their part.

use the oncall feature it works much better but no i havent had any problems

I'm using the On Call function, thats what seems to be giving me problems Maybe I need a router restart or something.
