Why are there so many money glitch videos for GTA Online?

As you probably know, there are many money glitch videos for GTA Online.

 

But why are there so many of these videos for GTA Online, compared to other multiplayer games? I searched up money glitches for other games on Youtube for comparison, and there were little to no results for those other games.

 

Has anyone else wondered why this is as well?

I've never really cared tbh. Maybe it's down to the concept that earning good money in this game can be a royal pain in the rear. So instead of grinding for hours on end people glitch the money to save time. Also a lot of people play gta online so you end up gatting several people posting youtube videos for the same glitches. It doesn't take long for the numbers of videos to mount up.

Cause pretty much everything in the online game is stupidly expensive compared to SP to give incentive for players to buy shark cards..
The game way more fun when your characters are millionaires!!

Because the challenge of glitching is a lot more fun than any of the actual game challenges. I found this out for myself with the hooker glitch - that was the funnest mini-game I had played in GTA0, since the old car-selling timeout-bypass glitch. The glitches actually engage the player and provide more entertainment than going through the motions of the designed missions. Kinda sad.

This game only has three choices to get money. Do the same missions over and over to get money or be stupid and buy a cash card. OR glitch, whats easier?

My logic tells me-

 

1. GTA:O is one of the most popular (played) games of all time.

2. Money Glitches are constantly being patched out, creating a demand for more.

3. Chowderhead youtubers know they will get big views.

4. GTA:O gameplay revolves around making money and spending it, unlike most games.

 

That probably covers the biggest reasons.

...its cuz theres so many flaws in the programming. Making it easy for people to exploit the game.

 

 

 

Sometimes I wonder if there's disgruntled programmers over there, intentionally leaving opportunities for players to mess with the in game economy in ways Rockstar would never allow. The company must be big enough for things to go unnoticed for a few months. Seems that way.
