Most Annoying Things In GTA Online

GTA Online is a great game, but there are lots of bugs and annoying things in GTA Online. This is a thread to post what you think are some of the most annoying things in GTA Online. I'll get started.

- When you click Y when sitting in a boat - My main mission for money farming is Diamonds are for Trevor. It pays a lot of money but one of the biggest downside is shooting the chopper that attacks you from your boat. This goes for all boat involved shootouts. Say your driving your boat in a mission and 2 boats come to kill you. If you click Y to stand up and shoot at the boats, your player will jump off the boat. This seriously pisses me off every time it happens because I end up dying because of this.

Do you slow down to a complete stop? If you don't do that then that's probably why your character jumps out,

Another annoying thing is how everyone suddenly exits the session you are in as if you just sharted and stunk up the entire room. You are forced to find another lobby.

 

A slight annoying thing is the off road vehicles are not off road vehicles when they are 2wd.

Are you wired or wireless? I use to gets these issues all the time while using wireless. Switched to wire, haven't had any issues in along time.

Activate the second set of enemies by getting in the boat, immediately get out of the boat, then clear the enemies. Do that for all missions when there's a second group of enemies. Deliver after they're all dead.

I hate that the mics shut off during missions and tdms sometimes. Communication is important in these situations. Why does this happen?

OT: the most annoying thing for me is the players who'll go around doing nothing but killing everyone, but once they find YOU, they'll get pissed off if they find out you're in passive mode and then label you as a pussy. as if i'm supposed to be sorry that i bought GTA realizing it's not f*cking Battlefield/CoD

Been wired since day one with 29 mbps download/ 6 mbps upload speeds. It's strange cuz I never experienced this with the xbox 360 but it happens ALOT on the PS4.

Being in a gun fight and everyone is in passive but your mini map doesent tell you that so you have to figure who is or isn't. ....also all those useless mission markers on the map

I have to agree with him on the cops part though... The cops apparently all have a sixth sense, because they know exactly where you are... I've hidden in some of the most secluded areas in Los Santos and they still found me. The only place that seems to thwart their efforts is the subway tunnels. They'll still run down into the loading station though, so you have to be in the tunnels... I think it's bullsh*t.

It's a theory but when you have a wanted level, your character might be how it is during a Martin mission, where stealth and being quiet is key to not being found, normal walking/running/driving can help them find you

Yeah that happens alot now. It seems they always want to wreck into you but never each other.

NPCs are just brain dead, I was on the side of the road in my car, like 10 feet from the actual road, 2 NPCs crashed into each other then both tried to start a fight with me over it when I did nothing lol

People who can't race without actively trying to take you out. If you can't win properly, why are you racing?

 

People who give up on a race and start driving the wrong way in a lap race just to troll.

 

People who race to pick up the documents/equipment in a delivery mission and then sit doing nothing for ten minutes (during which you could have done an entirely different mission and made the same amount or MORE), forcing everyone to wait for the pay (that isn't going to be worth the delay).

 

NPCs who purposefully turn across lanes to be in your way while you're delivering something, or cross the intersection at just the right speed to be in your way as you're speeding along on a delivery.

 

I actually enjoy the NPC interactions for the most part. I was in a mission where another player pulled up and bumped into a pair of guys while parking. They stood up and started fighting EACH OTHER until one was dead. Funniest thing to watch, actually. I think one was pissed the other bounced off of him when he was hit by the car, but HEY, logic means nothing!
