What's everyones problem with Cash Cards?

Seruously, it's preference. This game type uses money-to-money, so money-to-money policies are enforced. I can tolerate it.

 

I mean, sometimes paid DLC goes too far, too. You know Evolve? You know how much DLC is? Ridiculous.

Yeah I think you posted this once before with the prices. That game is a total pos in my book. I played it thru the tut and one mp match. Back in the gamefly package that went. I agree DLC sometimes go too far BUT they are optional. Once it becomes a "pay to win" kinda of a thing, it only gets worse before it gets better. Greed kicks in and we all can see what it does to a company. Hell NBA 2K has turned into that with this f*cking VC they have. I can't even play a basketball I use to love so much because the currency system sucks. Anyways I'm against any type of pay for fake cash bs ( I think I made that clear ) it's everything wrong with gaming.

Surely though some stuff in this game IS overpriced for no reason (14k for a paintjob?), BUT at least you can get that amount by doing one Diamonds Are For Trevor. If you do it the way I do (climbing the mall/supermarket that is close to the target, sniping the 3 MW enemies on the front, Going through the smallish alleyway nearby, 'Nading the Speedo van, Auto Shotie-ing who's alive, getting the goodies, land on the pier, get in boat and out, floor it to the pier again then snipe the Mav. before it reaches you alongside the upcoming enemies i boats etc) then you should get at least 17k.

 

Meanwhile in Ace Combat 5, unlocking ONE plane (let's say MiG 31M) requires you to spam a certain mission and limiting you to use the "mother" of the plane you want to get (MiG 31) all the effin time until you unlock that plane. I'll use the X-02 Wyvern for example. In order to unlock THIS P.O.S piece of dog sh*t:

 

 

 

 

Then have fun playing the same goddamn mission over and over to unlock AND own every other fcking plane (excluding the Falken, thank God) in order to own this sh*tty thing. Design wise it is cool, but the TORNADO ECR is better than this thing.

You do know that not everybody can play all day like me, right? Therefore, they can't make money as much as we can, therefore, they have all the rights to say: The sh*t in this game is too expensive.

Yeah actually there's nothing else to do in my country other than sitting my ass playing videogames. School? Sh*t's too easy. No need to study or anything. Family members? All of them are in Morocco, only me and my parents are here (actually my origins are from there). Friends? Too busy in other things. Father is always busy and can't see him all the day and my mother have the same issue. I only have one sister in which SHE'S the only who "teach'd" me how to be "smart" in this game. So yeah. There's nothing to do besides playing video games.

 

Nevertheless, I do understand that not every single human in the world ca have the time to sit on his ass playing this game. surely though if you can manage your time with this game then earning cash shouldn't be annoying. :et's say you can only play 2 hours a day - 1 hour playing random missions in an interesting way, another hour in Heists or Races or DM's etc - next day? Selling Gang/Pimp peyotes that nets you 12k or if you're on NewGen, sell Dubsta2's every 48 RL minutes or so while doing Daily Objectives in the same time - which lets you have fun playing FreeRoam AND earn money in the same time, etc.

 

There ya go - you earned some cash AND had fun doing so. Instead of limiting yourself to ONE portion of the game (FreeRoam for example), you get to have fun actually earning cash.

My ONLY problem with CC's are the prices. $100 just for a measy 8Mil? That's nearly the price for Collector's Edition. It should be this way:

500k = $5

1Mil = $10

1.5mil = 15

3Mil = $30

5Mil = $40

8Mil = $50

100Mil = $70.

 

Anything more = Too greedy. Too less it would be a joke.

First of all Rockstar didn't make over a billion, take two interactive did. If you don't like cash cards dont buy one. I'd much rather buy one than grind the same stupid boring mission over and over in order to buy new in game items. If they introduced new missions along with the new items or actually had the game balanced I'd never buy one, but I'm not playing the same boring missions for 80% of my game playing time just to make in game money. It's updates not dlc. I wish people would learn the difference. Also where is everyone getting their info from? How do cash cards support these free updates? Also I'd rather pay for a dlc pack that contains great content, not this sh*t we get.

You think they are giving you updates cause they are bored? You think your $60 game purchase entitles you to free updates for life or something? They keep putting out content (as long as people keep playing) people will keep buying cash cards. Why do people think cash cards are supporting updates? Do you know how much of this free content we get was in the coding when the game came out? A lot of it.

What does this tell us, if a certain piece of content was in the coding, it was already being developed. So tell me oh wise one, did they needed the funds to finish it? Besides this game made over what a billion dollars? Yes Rockstar really needs the funds for these lackluster updates. Also I'm not entitled. I'll happily pay for content that is worth the price, something most people here won't do. So who are the entitled ones?

BTW I paid $80 for the special edition on Xbox 360 and another $60 for Xbox one. And I would do it all over again. I paid full price and some and that's probably a lot more then most people paid that are posting in here.

He never bragged lol. I'm a pretty good free aim player (played it a lot in IV) but I only play auto-aim in V. Oh and why do you you need to have friends to play GTA with you in order to have a full friends list? As if GTA is the only video game in existence. So should I delete 80 % of my friends now? $8M lasts a long time if you continue to play and earn supplemental money. And a user doesn't decide to go out and buy every super car or Pegasus vehicle under the sun.

 

I have had $32M for over 6 months, until heists now I have a couple Million more.

 

I don't let myself go below $30M once I spend money I earn more to replenish to stay in the threshold I've set.

I don't mind saving for a vehicle. But the upgrades are ridiculous, more specifically the chrome rims. You can chrome out an entire car for 25,000 but chrome rims cost 60,000-80,000.

I never said, Buying cash cards, helps Rockstar give the game more updates. I know they have money blow. Since GTA V is on their consoles and network, and Rockstar can remove modded content they have to or their game will be taken down.
