I would imagine they removed all these things as well as the tachometers that you added to most cars with roll cages due to first person mode so people can see while they drive.

I have an Intruder I haven't come around to modifying and insuring yet in my garage on last gen but I don't see such a thing hanging from the mirror. Is it added with some sort of modification to the car like bumper/spoiler etc.?

I'm not sure if it has been removed or not, but it was an addition alongside the Skirts option. Are you using stock side skirts? If so then that is why you don't have it.

and to streamline the cars. Some payotes had the dice, some didn't. saved them from having to make 2 interiors. Same reason the ruiner lost its 80s digital interior (although my burrito van still has one, so why didn't they just use that dash for the ruiner?)

I can verify that the tassel is still on my Intruder (ps3) so it must only be a current gen issue.

This Dlc will include 4 rear view mirror accessories, a shoe and a pack of chewing gum. The dlc will retail at $44.44...because that's how many seconds it took to program it.
