Car sell price drop?

I've been doing the rat loader, sad trumpet exploit and all of a sudden today they went from selling for 16600 to 9600. Can anyone explain this to me. Thanks in advance

Did some searching and it looks like it was semi-patched, which means R* finally caught up to it and tweaked it a little to tone down the exploit.

R* attempted to fix that exploit by lowering the price of the trumpet horn, that's why the Rat Loader sold for less when you tried to sell it.
