Setting- Late 1950s Las Venturas, Robada and surrounding areas.
Design- 3D pseudo top down similar to Chinatown Wars.
System- Nintendo New 3DS.
Plot- You are (or were) a made man of The House (based off The Syndicate) that was framed of the murder of the son of one of the Dons. You were forced to leave Las Venturas and go to the surrounding desert. Now you must do various small jobs and work your way back up the criminal ladder to get clear your name and find out who framed you. An inversion of previous games, you start with all areas EXCEPT Las Venturas unlocked.
Personal Vehicle- Declasse Tornado (Also instead of garages, you can pay a small fee for someone to hold on to your car. the more rare it is, the more expensive the fee is)
Activities- Besides the usual, you can also use the touch screen to play gambling games such as cards and slots. A new skill called "Luck" has been added, you can raise it by gambling often, it doesnt matter whether you win or lose, your skill will raise slightly.
Characters

Marco Adessi- The main protagonist, he became a made man of The House at a very early age, and while certainly not a saint he cares a lot for the well being of the Las Venturas Strip, and was steadfast in defending it from those who wished to take over, most notably The Commission from Liberty City. But now with him banished, The Strip may fall unless he can find out who the killer is and before he kills more of The House. He drives a black Declasse Tornado.

The House- Not a character, but this is the organization that controls The Strip. They basically own the place, so much that if a crime is committed without their authorization police wont come, they will. Their "security" teams drive various vehicles, low stars use only Vapid Slamvans, but higher star will use Albany Roosevelts.

Toni Salvatore- One of the people who suspects Marco was not the one who murdered that Don's son, he volunteers to be exiled with Marco to help him survive in the harsh Bone County.

Antagonists

Micheal Carter- Corrupt head of the BCSD. All gangs in Bone County work for him, and he has made a big criminal empire while appearing in public as the dutiful Sheriff. He is the antagonist for the first 8th of the game until you get access back into Las Venturas.

Andrew Taylor- A drug lord, he has been selling many girls of Las Venturas a devastating drug known as "Revelations", which is addicting the minute you smoke it, but will basically make you hate yourself. You desperately want to stop taking it, but you cant. The reason you never heard of this drug is because The House, LVPD, and FIB briefly teamed up to make sure it and all traces of it were wiped from the Earth and didnt reach the other areas of the United States. He is the first antagonist when you get back to Las Venturas.

Leon Cipriani- The one who framed you, he wishes to turn The Strip into a "Siren Song", people come to find their riches, only to be enslaved, and if applicable, prostituted. To be sold to the highest bidder. The only way to win is to not play, but very few will be able to resist the lure of Vegas. He is however horrified at the idea of the final antagonist, and before he is killed reveals their plan to The House.

RAPTOR- A group of corrupt government and corporate officials who have plans to kill two birds with one stone. The first bird is taking control of The Strip, which the plan to by flooding the casinos with highly toxic mustard gas in disguise as a terrorist group....which leads to the second bird: they want perpetual, unending war because it brings in profit. They are the final antagonists. Their name is a reference to the Bald Eagle, which is a bird of prey, a raptor.

(More will be added)

Vehicles

Declasse Tornado- Chevy Bel-Air

Vapid Peyote- Ford Thunderbird

Vapid Slamvan- Ford F Series Panel Van

Bravado Duneloader- Dodge Power Wagon

Bravado Rat-Loader- Ford Model A

Albany Roosevelt- Cadillac Town Sedan

(Does anyone have any vehicle suggestions)

Are there any suggestions for me to expand on this idea?

I would add a lot more. Characters, a map maybe, weapons, etc. Make it look more professional. Take a look at other concepts. It doesn't have to be as in-depth, but this is very bare-bones.

Love the idea of gambling on the touch screen, though. It would probably look something like in New Super Mario Bros. on the DS. Expand on this more.

Right now im still doing research on organized crime in 1950s Las Vegas and thinking of names for the characters. i also wish you could upload images directly from your computer to the forums.

You could stop by The Creators' Lounge to share your ides and request some help/feedback rather than posting new topics for this kind of situations. There are really acknowledged gentlemen who will be probably pleased to help you.

New 3DS? Risky.

You know, I was about to suggest some vehicles. I'm so digging a 1950s GTA idea. So besides the stuff you've put here already I have some suggestions (no bikes because I don't know sh*t about bikes):

Vapid Dysmort

Declasse Walton

Albany Isidore

Chariot Romero Hearse

Vapid Broadway

Declasse Coquette

Vapid Hustler

Bravado Oceanic

Enus Stafford

Dundreary Hermes

Albany Washington

Also, Bravado Rat-Loader should be what it is in V already, a modified 1930s Dodge. But maybe more in a 1950s hot rod flair.
