i have some valentine sh*t and that roosevelt and even if that last one is gonna be available in 40 days till the day gtao will be taken down i woudnt care a sh*t

its such a nice vehicle i think anyone that has the(legit....i hate cheats) money for it and coud apreciate the beauty of that car shoud be able to enjoy it

either way, its not like i expect roosevelts to be seen everywhere, most people are not realy into sport classics, let alone the slower ones

Did the valentines DLC clothing have that bullsh*t like Christmas clothing we could not keep. I understand a lot of Xmas clothing, online players had to actually purchase it and it all got taken away that year. But, xmas last year it was all free. OT: I could see R* doing what they did with the festive suprise update. Re-release the valintines day content with a small handfull of new things. Thats even IF they decide to cellibrate valintines day with some DLC. For all we know, It could be some sh*tty weekend event like what they did to cellibrate halloween...

 

So, because I told my co-workers when I left work yesterday "See you tomorrow!" with the FULL INTENTION of actually going but woke up today to see a 1/2 inch thick layer of ice covering every surface making it impossible for me to get to work today due to an UNFORESEEN CONSEQUENCE, that I "mislead and (lied)" to my co-workers?

 

If so, then yes. I think that's alright.

 

If I were you, I'd go speak to your Mommy and ask her why she raised you in a way that the lack of instant gratification leaves you so butt-hurt that you lash out at people on the internet.

 

Your comparison fails, because Rockstar's behaviour would be the equivalent of you showing up at your workplace, maybe a couple weeks later for a few hours, then going out for a 6 hour lunch break, then come back and maybe do half an hour worth of sh*t work that an unpaid intern could do, then leave and come back to do the same thing a week later.

 

In defense of the people who are being called out for "whining", Rockstar has said before Online release that it will be a continously evolving game with Heists being one of the first big (selling) features of it.

 

Now for more than a year they have failed to deliver on that promise. The game has essentially been the same since release, apart from a few reskins and user created deathmatches and races.

FWIW, that's exactly what the Roosevelt is. It's Al Capone's armoured limo that was taken and used (briefly) by the Secret Service for President Roosevelt, the one in the pity chair not the one who stuffed toy bears are named after.

 

And, as I said way back in the beginning of this thread: All of your poor slobs who don't own a Roosie should've bought GTA a year ago, and you could have one.

 

Could've bought it, didn't because it's ugly. Took it for a whirl in SP at the time and liked it even less when I got to drive it. Don't make the car more than it is, just because it's rare. And those who didn't buy it aren't poor slobs, they've been spared some buyer's remorse after realising the car sucks and they only bought it because they were pushed by the limited time frame. And even 99% of who haven't had buyer's remorse just yet, only see value in the rarity of the car, instead of loving the car itself. The "poor slobs" who sold or didn't buy it back in the day aren't superficial enough to own a car just because it's rare. Hated that car from the very beginning and I hate how it's being praised today, just because it's rare.

Rockstar are not going to a player who messaged them about future DLC, they generally keep it a surprise, most of the DLC has been released without prior knowledge from the community

It's near the lower end of the chart, yes, but it can work out great. I have seen people and have myself won plenty of Sports Classic races with a Roosevelt, even against Z-Types.

Just dropping in to say that I can't believe people think that supposed Rockstar reply about the Valentine's Update re-release is real. Whoever made it just took Rockstar's reply about the inventory glitch and added that last part to it. I know Rockstar have made small grammar errors before, but none to that degree. Anybody with Google Chrome can take a real Rockstar reply and use Inspect Element to edit the text. Also, there is no link directing us to that ticket, so I'm calling BS on that.

 

That being said, I'm not implying that there will be no update. Knowing Rockstar, they will just release the same thing as last year just so everybody has a chance to get the Roosevelt again. Or at least I hope so, I miss the hell out of that thing.

As much as I enjoying boating and going out on my boat in real life, boating in gta is boring to me. I don't see a huge need for more boats. If they gave us things to do in that empty ocean, then sure I'd be all in.

Only reason I say this, is because on the LTS update, I waited that Tuesday. Had Tuesday and Wednesday off. Woke up early Thursday to find LTS dropped over night..and I had work.
