I might be able to increase it to 200kb with more money but not more than that, what should I do? I can't get physical copy that will take months to arrive, anyway to download it faster? I think it's going to be more faster if you get physical copy even if will take months to arrive, because you will take months to download. but well this is just my opinion. You need ~150 hours (~6 days) for download the game probably more like 1200 hours, as it's kilobits per second, and there are 8 kilobits in a kilobyte. In my case, my download speed its 1.1mb/s on its maximum paying 50 Dollars per month, and i use that speed since 2008. i will be finally changing my internet provider (from 1.1mb/s to 4mb/s download speed) to another company that is offering cheaper internet services with more quality and higher speed, but still bad comparing with USA and other richer countries. And one thing I don't understand is if you can afford a strong enough rig to run this game in your bunky country....can't you afford a stronger internet or decent shipping speeds?
