GrindoLindo
it's not capped at 30fps on pc. the frame limit is actually used in the commandline.txt that is not created by default along with the refresh rate command. either you've already got the commandline.txt in your game folder or settings all on high + night shadows (halves fps) or vsync on or combination of all those. on the pc the game runs uncapped by default, it's only capped on consoles. TheFlareEntercounter
Strange, I've never seen my GTA IV to run any higher than 30-32 FPS. I tried putting everything on low but nothing changed. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/766722-frame-limit/#findComment-1066957222 Share on other sites

Btw mine never goes below 35-40 fps. But if I look up in the sky or I'm far from the city then the framerate goes up to like 100 which I find ridiculous. I actually ended up locking mine at 40. Ha ! 2015 and we're talking about these framerate in a game that came out 6 years ago ! Ain't this a great port !
