Modding in any game should be an open platform from players for players, and taking up to 30$ of more solely for a conversion of a ripped model from one game to another is a ripoff. I'm not sure if a topic like this would be allowed on this site, but I guess we'll see. Oh and my opinion of the subject... I think that you should be able to have people pay for a mod IF it took a large amount of time for you to make and/or was very difficult to make. Both of those would have to be VERY high though.
