I vaguely remember just driving along and I found the orange coloured Banshee, jumped in and a message came on screen saying "This is a vehicle that Stevie needs." Algonquin Assassin Posted February 12, 2015 Share Posted February 12, 2015 I'm pretty sure you have to steal them as he gives you the texts, but then again it might be worth getting a map of all the vehicle locations and see after he sends you the first one if they appear in their respective locations.
