eflc saves show up as "GTA4 ONLY SAVE" ?

Had GTA4 and Eflc before. Uninstalled. Kept save games from TLAD and TBoGT

 

Got a standalone EFLC.

Load game.

all saves are "GTA only saves"

search for solution on internet

get xliveless (supposed to load any one's save, so why not the ones i made)

 

doesn't work, or i installed wrong (just unpacked into EFLC install directory)

-i am aware where saves should go with xliveless as i had it before and they are already there (my documents/rockstar games/gta4...)

 

I do get the drunk screen when i start EFLC.exe and not LaunchEFLC.exe so im guessing it works (i was told this was xliveless sidefect)

 

still no saves working.

is there a way to make the saves work, or edit the data on them, to "rig" them on eflc so to speak?

 

any ideas anyone?

Do you have the pirated version? I've heard that you get the "drunk screen" along with the pirated version of IV/EFLC.

i do not, and i heard on the official thread that drunk camera is a side efect of running the game from EFLC.exe and not LaunchEFLC.exe

which i do only to test if i have xliveless. I easily bypass that by launching the game from EFLC.exe as my shotcut

It is recommended to launch the game from LaunchEFLC.exe
