Online with few people in lobby's and none in missions

Recommended Posts

I've had lots of people suggest to change your aiming type, especially if you use free aim, since you go into lobbies with people of the same aim type.

As for why, matchmaking isn't that great in GTA:Online - it's a common problem.

Like RedDagger said, matchmaking is pretty broken in the game so there's almost no way to fix things on your own and instead just have to put up with it.

May I ask, are you joining jobs through the start menu? Or are you using your cell phone to join them on-call? Most people are joining empty lobbies when joining from the start menu but SOME get it working by using their phones.

That's not the problem - they're connecting just fine; timing out is another error.

It's just that GTA:Online has a tendency to do this because of the matchmaking, but sometimes there's an underlying problem.

I rarely connect to Online on first attempt.

Then, if I'm on "Invite Only Session", I can leave my character to watch in-game tv for an hour or longer and it doesn't get disconnected.

Obviously the problem is with "R" and not with my network.

Now that 30 players are allowed in a lobby, I've never been in a lobby with more than 12 players.

My dear "R", please, "Wake Up and smell and drink a few cups of coffee"! :beerhat:

Then get on with your day and "Fix the problem"! :facedesk:

Thank you! :bbq:
