Well I don't blame them. It seems that right now, Rockstar is releasing updates on Thursday.

You MAY? sounds like to me they are not working on the gaming servers per se. So sign on and stay on if you want to play that day or chance it you can't.

Exactly. What happened to friend notifications?
Nooooo. I don't want a bunch of invites to carry some one on destiny or join on gta. If they do that give me a option to appear offline. because I want to watch Netflix in peace.

I use Hulu all the time because I don't have reg cable. So I watch Hulu on my tv because it's bigger than my PC screen. Who wouldn't?

^Reg cable is a rip-off, just started my Hulu Plus membership has MUCH more to offer than Netflix and with the 15 seconds ad(s) it "feels" like basic cable haha other than that I have my BF4, GTA and Skate 3 to pass the time

Funny thing is, today is Wednesday, and when I try to sign into psn it tells me that "Sony Entertainment Network is undergoing maintenance". Who can I hit with a hammer?

Start with yourself a couple times,then go from there

As I've said many times in other threads, your not buying a console when you buy a next gen machine , your buying a network. So you can , either buy Microsoft's network or you can buy Sony's and hope Google buys them.

 

2015 will be the beginning of the end for cable, 2014 was the first year cable subscriptions declined.

For right now I too use only Netflix and Hulu and well of course where I am (New York) the SP is Time Warner which is absolute GARBAGE but I only use the lowest Internet they provide which is 34+ tax at the end and get great connections never had a problem but you have people who will swear up and down that paying the biggest buck will get the best... WRONG! It's called being smart and knowing your stuff and also I've been looking into this Roku 3 device (internet streaming) it's 99.00 and it basically replaces basic cable with no monthly fees. Looking heavy into it but seems promising for that price!

Well... yea. Maintenance is listed as 9:00am - 12:30pm Pacific Time. It's only 9:50am...

If you had actually read the thread it says if you have signed into PSN within the last 5 days you will be able to play Online...

Hey man it's the internet.

 

We are too busy jumping to complaining instead of reading to fully comprehend what's going on.
