[PC] Can't hear any voice,cutscene sound,radio sounds in san andre

Hi, everybody.... San andreas is my most favourite game...but the problem is i hear every sounds as engine of vehicle,firing,explosion but not those voice in the cutscene or peds. I need to enable subtitles to know what are they(on mission) saying :( . Also car radio makes some kinda stupid sound like "psss". :/ I have a sound card,but dunno which one.... :O can anyone help me?

[my os is win7 x86,512mb intel onboard,2gb or ram,2 speakers creative]

Don't pirate the game and you wouldn't have this problem. People remove the cutscene and voice audio to make the file size smaller when putting the game up for download.

 

If you want the game to work correctly, buy it.
