Richard Power Colt Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 I've never played Hitman, but I know enough about it that I can say this looks nothing like the games. 47 looks like my high-school history teacher(so not menacing or badass at all), the focus seems to be on action instead of stealth like in the games, too much CGI that doesn't look believable, the dialogue and pretty much everything that's going on just looks really cheesy and generic. I have mostly played Absolution, which I did enjoy, though I got more enjoyment out of the online challenges because those felt like other Hitman games as 47 was given targets. I still need to play the other games, by the way. I might go in there expecting an action flick, so I might just check it out not thinking of it as a direct adaptation. Don't set your standards so low. This kind of attitude towards movies just enables this sh*t to be made. Also I doubt he was talking about Hitman the video game franchise in that last sentence, because the games are more about stealth than action. esmittystud101 Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) The only reason I watched this movie is because I had to get out of my house for a few hours and I just showed up at the theater and it happen to have started 10 minutes before I got there. I dropped a whole $5.15 to watch it. Not bad on the price though. It gets a 6/10 from me. I didn't hate it but.......you know when your searching for a while on Netflix, just trying to find any movie to watch. You finally find one that you may think is decent. You watch it and at the end you feel like you won because its a movie on Netflix and its not too bad. Yeah, it kinda feels like that. LOL. The girl is sexy, the guy that plays Hitman is just right in my opinion. He is very dull, boring, no character. In general, he played the perfect part.
