Snapmatic Play Action Bug (1st Person)

Hi guys,

 

I tried looking for a topic with this issue but I couldn't find one, so I am opening a this thread.

 

I've noticed a weird bug on Snapmatic. The steps to reproduce it are the following:

 

1. Go to first person

2. Select "Thumbs up" action in the quick action menu (or any other action that you can play while taking a selfie)

3. Bring up your phone and open Snapmatic

4. Go into "selfie" mode in Snapmatic

5. Press left D-pad to Play Action

6. This is the issue: my character starts spinning while playing the animation, instead of just playing the animation in the direction it is intended for the photo

 

I am on the PS4. Has anyone experienced this? Is this a known problem?

Good to know I am not the only one! For a moment I thought I was doing something wrong

 

EDIT: It is annoying having to go to 3rd person to take a selfie with an animation... I play in 1st person because I think it is immersive and having to go back to 3rd person kinda breaks it .

 

Looking at the bright side at least it is a minor bug with a work around... but it is an annoying one!
