Any Other Setting/Theme Then 80's?

It has to be eighties because of Scarface, Miami Vice and so on but if I had to choose from the list, I'd go for the 00s. I mean overdone color tone (deep blue sky contrasting with white BMWs on DUB wheels), white suits and gold chains, wannabe rappers and gangsters everywhere, flip phones...

If you want to talk about a more modernized version of Miami, try looking at Bad Boys II, 2 Fast 2 Furious or even the TV show, Burn Notice. The setting worked in those movies and TV show.
