Relative007 Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 (edited) For the same reason they have provided no new details about Heists since the Trailer (less another ambiguous date), have released multiple Updates for GTA Online without prior announcement, the SP DLC has vanished into oblivion, no information has been released about the possibility of any paid expansions in the future & R* provide little or no information about what type of Content can be expected for GTA Online in the future and how long it will be fully supported with regular Updates... They make excellent games, but they communicate (very) poorly with customers. If you want more information about GTA V, go and watch the dozens of videos and hundreds of screenshots on Rockstar's website it's the same game except now it will be on PC. Even though I think we are still 2 to 3 weeks from that launch as well. As for PC news, I have to agree with daformer, expect more from around March 9th onwards. Have they followed a "post-on-Tuesday" schedule for quite some time? Yes, but as evident by this week's (and some previous') posts, they could post details about PC and/or heists at any time! I won't tell you to hold your breath though, because they usually take their time in announcing things, so don't sit around waiting for any news. Started playing RDR again on PS3, going through the story for the 3rd time. I might actually get GTA V when its on sale. They push sh*t back, I'll hold back... The release date isn't until the final week of March which leaves a lot of room for advertising or posting up info. For now there's nothing to worry, and let's not forget that they stated that heists would be out before the PC version of the game.. so we can assume they're busy trying to finally get the darn thing to work; as well as getting ready to post about it before moving on to PC related info. Next Gen teaser came 6 months before and gave info 2 weeks before release We didn't get real PC news until after 1.5 years after the first release REMEMBER AGENT? THAT WAS ANNOUNCED 9 YEARS AGO AND ROCKSTAR HASN'T SAID A WORD ABOUT IT SINCE THEN Just be patient. We'll get news a couple week before release. I bet each programmer knows nothing about the game except what they were told to program about. It's most likely Sam and Dan Houser and a couple other executives who know everything and, create the information to be released to the public. Thalyn Posted February 12, 2015 Share Posted February 12, 2015 It's not about secret, it's just typical from this company, because Rockstar is focused on Console market for now (since 2 years lol), especially on PS4 and One Markets.When Heist will be released on consoles, then R* will talk about PC... . And like lot of "modern" companies, R* love its "fans" when R* wants/needs their money...
